Glider Kits Winning Against Emission Standards?

Yesterday, a Federal Court ruled to temporarily block the Obama era emissions standards enforcement placed on glider kits that took effect January 1st of this year. The rule limited glider kit builders to just 300 annually, this temporary block means that glider kit builders can legally resume full production up to the number each builder sold in 2017, while the EPA continues to work on new less restrictive regulations.
